Protest at the Capitol

My dad was leading a protest against a new budget released affecting people with mental disabilities. He had over 1000 people behind him marching towards the steps of the Capitol. As he got closer, he saw a smaller protest already happening where he was supposed to be. 

He ran ahead to see what they were doing and it was an anti-circumcision protest.  He thought, "oh no."  He had over 1000 people walking towards the anti-circumcision protest chanting "No More Cuts! No More Cuts." He asked the anti-circumcision group if they could move and they replied, "no...this is a sign from God."
